What guarantees do I have that shopping through this site is safe?
We have carefully vetted the companies that are allowed to be in the mall and they are all bonafide companies in Bulgaria or other countries that we can check their registration papers and company records. If they are individual traders in the mall then they are covered by banskoo ltd.

I don't have a credit card, how can I pay?
We can do cash on delivery through the courier or you can send a bank transfer directly to us.

Also at any time you may request that we remove your details from our systems as long as there has been no sale to you. Obviously we have to keep sales records for our accounts.

Updating Account Information
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the registration process on the Website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. Having placed your order you will get an email each step of the way from the relative supplier.
The email could have any of the following showing.
Incomplete - This means that there are possibly details on your order that are not complete or do not make sense to the vendor. They would be in contact with you.
Pending - This means that due to instructions from you or an agreement from the vendor that your order has been put on hold.
Awaiting Payment - This means the vendor is awaiting payment (if vendor requires deposit to start processing order or is just waiting for full payment)
Awaiting Fulfillment - This means that the vendor is waiting on supplies to reach his warehouse or store before shipping to client.
Awaiting Shipment - This means that the vendor is waiting to ship goods from store.
Awaiting Pickup - This means that the customer has organised to pickup goods from outlet and vendor is waiting with goods.
Partially Shipped - If an order is from multiple vendors or is a large order it may go to client in multiple deliveries.
Completed - This means that order is finished and all works associated with order is done (mainly furniture installation)
Shipped - This means that the goods are shipped and client should expect delivery to turn up soon.
Cancelled - This means that either the client or the vendor has cancelled the order and that no money has been taken or is being refunded.
Declined - This means that the vendor has decided not to take the order from the client for various reasons.
Refunded - This means that the vendor has refunded the client and the client should see the money back.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
