What guarantees do I have that shopping through this site is safe?

We have carefully vetted the companies that are allowed to be in the mall and they are all bona fide companies in Bulgaria or other countries that we can check their registration papers and company records. If they are individual traders in the mall then they are covered by banskoo ltd.

I don't have a credit card, how can I pay?

We can do cash on delivery through the courier or you can send a bank transfer directly to us.
You get the option at the checkout phase.

So why would I want to shop from banskoo rather than going to physical shops?

Here at banskoo we pride ourselves in having Three distinct advantages over physical shops.

The first is that we are selling products that are not always available in other shops either online or bricks and mortar outlets.
Secondly because the vendors have extremely low overheads they can concentrate on giving you the client the best possible prices so being cheaper than most high street shops.
Thirdly our location - we are everywhere in Bulgaria whereas the competition is restricted to certain towns in physical shops

Privacy & Security

Furniture Box Ltd does not share or sell any details that it collects from clients. Your details are purely for our own group of companies and shall not be divulged to any 3rd party. Should you wish to see the details we keep about you please email info@furniture-box.com with the heading personal info. Also at any time you may request that we remove your details from our systems as long as there has been no sale to you. Obviously we have to keep sales records for our accounts.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

we reserve the right to cancel or change any pricing or promotions at any time.

Delivery 

Depending on product and region, we will either deliver with one of our dedicated vans or use the reputable company speedy.

These drivers are authorised to take cash payments on our behalf and to issue you with the correct receipt.

Updating Account Information

You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the registration process on the Website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Furniture-box.co.uk of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Furniture-box.co.uk cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this article.  You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Furniture-box.co.uk against any and all claims which might be incurred as a consequence of any use or abuse by any unauthorized person of your password or account.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
